About Both Boutique & Music التصميم الداخلي لمتجر أزياء راقٍ ومتجر أسطوانات موسيقية
"بوتيك وموسيقى" مشروع تصميم داخلي لمساحة تجزئة يقع في "ريد تاون"، وهو مصنع حديد سابق في شنغهاي تحوّل اليوم إلى حي فني للنحت. يغطي المخطط متجر أزياء راقياً بمساحة 370 متراً مربعاً ومتجراً للموسيقى بمساحة 170 متراً مربعاً موزَّعين على طابقين. يقوم التصميم على فكرة التباين بين الغربي والشرقي، والقديم والجديد، والساكن والمتحرك. عومل متجر الأزياء بوصفه جسراً يجلب البضائع من مختلف أنحاء العالم، في حين نُظِّم متجر الموسيقى حول فعل التركيز والإصغاء. وقد جرى الحفاظ على طابع الحديقة الفنية المحيطة لتشجيع التبادل بين سكان المنطقة.

- Unique Properties
- Red Town is place where an ironworks in Shanghai was renovation.
This great outdoor hangout spot has itself into one of Shanghai’s most popular Sculpture art districts. With galleries, cafes, exhibition spaces and creative offices, Red Town makes a great place for casual meetings and quietly working off the grid. There is also a large grassy area for reading, relaxing, doodling, picnicing and whatever it is that people.
