About Cornerstone of House التصميم الداخلي لمسكن

"حجر الأساس للمنزل" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي لشقة سكنية تبلغ مساحتها 85 مترًا مربعًا في تايبيه. يقع المسكن بالقرب من منطقة مدرسية وحديقة عامة. تتسم المساحة الأصلية بصغر حجمها وانخفاض سقفها، وهو ما يحدّ من إمكانية توزيع مواسير التكييف. ويعمل السقف المنحني وتنوّع البلاط والجدران الملوّنة على خلق تجربة مكانية مميّزة. وقد استُخدم اللون لتحديد وظيفة كل منطقة ونطاقها. أما جدار غرفة المكتب فقد قُسّم إلى نصفين للإبقاء على مصدر الطاقة الخاص بالمكتب وإضافة مساحات للتخزين. وتشمل الخامات المستخدمة الرخام والفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والحديد والزجاج المقسّى.

Unique Properties: This is a space of 85 square meters. It is located near the school district and the park. The overall construction is small, the relatively small indoor space, and the low ceiling of the original, which also makes the design worry about the air conditioning pipeline.

Design Challenge: Different material ground stitching
Inspiration: Lively, cheerful, and distinct personal color, are the first impressions of the homeowner from the design team.
And because of the first impressions, by using curved ceiling, diverse tiles, colorful walls, to create a unique space experience for the homeowner.
Because of the small space. The design team have split the entire wall of the study into half. Keep only the second half to allow the desk power supply to meet the needs, and to separate a storage space.
Color is the most direct perception of human beings through vision.
Use color to distinguish the function, scope and definition of space.
Project Duration: Completed in Taipei in February 2019, starting in March 2019
