About Nanjing Hi-tech Zone Industrial Park تخطيط مجمّع صناعي
مجمّع نانجينغ الصناعي في منطقة التقنيات المتقدمة هو مشروع تخطيط عمراني لمجمّع علمي وصناعي في مدينة نانجينغ بمقاطعة جيانغسو. ويشمل المخطط دراسة استراتيجية التطوير، وتوزيع الأنشطة الصناعية، والتخطيط العام، والتخطيط التفصيلي، والتخطيط التنظيمي (الضابط). وقد استرشد توزيع المكوّنات باللوائح التخطيطية المحلية والإقليمية، كما يستجيب لظروف الأراضي المعقّدة. ويربط التصميم المجمّع بالمشهد الطبيعي المحيط به، بحيث يتشكّل من الموقع وسياقه كلٌّ واحد متكامل. والغاية من ذلك هي توفير بيئة عمل عملية وميسّرة للشركات والعاملين المتمركزين في المجمّع.

- The challenge of this project is that there are heavy regulation on urban planning in Nanjing and the conditions of the land is just too complicated. We have to fight through a pile of regulation documents to work out a plan that is viable.
- Research
- We done the land research, project research and traffic research. We used the data from official sources and collected our own data by field investigation to support our planning.
- Inspiration
- The overall design of the industrial park is considered in terms of functionality and convenience. There are many planning limitations according to city regulation.The design integrates the surrounding landscape and the industrial park, making the industrial park and the surroundings an whole and creating a good working environment for the enterprises and employees in the industrial park.
- Project Duration
- The project took one year to finish.
It is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu. - Operation Flow
- We won the public bidding of this project and get entrusted for this project. Then we studied the Nanjing city urban planning regulation and Jiangsu provincial urban planning regulation. We combined the client's requirements and the local conditions to make the plan. After several rounds of discussion, the project got approved.
