About MGY Base Ofis Binası
MGY Base Tokio, Yaponiyada geyim brendi üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş ofis binasıdır. Dizayn insanların toplaşmaq istədiyi gizli bir baza ideyasını əsas götürür. Əsas mərtəbə 6 metr hündürlüyündədir və böyük şüşə fasad yarı-açıq məkan təəssüratı yaradır. Çardaqdakı tor mesh, sənaye üslublu işıqlandırma, dəmir və eşikaltı materiallarından hazırlanmış avadanlıqlar eyni mövzunu dəstəkləyir. Bina dəmir-beton konstruksiyaya malikdir və ümumi sahəsi 124 kvadratmetrdir. Açıq daxili məkan ünsiyyəti və rahat işi təşviq etmək məqsədi daşıyır.

High ceiling on the main floor reminiscent of the semi-outdoor, providing an open and comfortable atmosphere that eliminates the stuffiness of the office.
Unified with design ideas that make the brand playful, such as mesh mezzanine. - Inspiration
- We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.
A place
1. where the clients and business associates would like to go and want to gather.
2. where the staff feel comfortable and want to work longer.
3. that is unique and playful.
We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality. - Project Duration
- Project completed in 15/09/2018
Project Location: 3-30 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan - Operation Flow
- Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
