About The Hub Qarışıq Təyinatlı Turizm İnkişafı
The Hub Avstraliyanın Viktoriya ştatının Healesville şəhərində turizm məqsədilə layihələndirilmiş qarışıq təyinatlı inkişaf layihəsidir. Layihə irsi bazarı, qastronomiya mərkəzini, pivə zavodunu, hoteli, restoranı və tədbir mərkəzini birləşdirir. Piyada keçidi altı akrlıq ərazidəki bütün funksiyaları bir-birinə bağlayır. Binalar relyefi izləyərək pilləli şəkildə aşağı enir, torpaq materialları isə inkişafı əhatə edən landşaftla əlaqələndirir. Dizayn konsepsiyası xarici mühiti daxilə gətirir və ərazini piyada ziyarətçilər üçün açır. Məqsəd məhəllənin xarakterini qoruyaraq yerli turizmi dəstəkləməkdir.

- using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
