About Co-real Smart Home Flaqman Mağaza

Co-real Smart Home Çin, Hanchжоу şəhərində yerləşən flaqman mağaza və ofis binasıdır. 1800 kvadratmetrlik layihə sadə bir fabrikin yenidən qurulmasıdır. Bina mərkəzi həyət ətrafında yerləşdirilmiş fərqli həcmlərə malik ağ qutu kimi işlənmişdir ki, bu da ona ətraf mühitdə aydın bir kimlik verir. Hündür atrium ictimai zalı açır və bu zal üfüqi və şaquli hərəkətin mərkəzini təşkil edir. Birinci mərtəbədə hər bir ağıllı ev sisteminin sınaqdan keçirilə biləcəyi məhsul salonu və nümunə otaqları yerləşir. İkinci mərtəbə isə hərtərəfli ofis sahəsidir.
