Bradco Zavod Binası Haqqında

Bradco Portuqaliyanın Castelo de Paiva şəhərində saat qayışları və lüks dəri məmulatlarının istehsalı üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş sənaye binasıdır. Zavod təbii işıq əsas götürülərək layihələndirilmişdir. Unikal Xüsusiyyətlər: Bradco, the Industrial Unit. The factory that produces luxury in Portugal! Located in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva. The industry is distinguished by the fact that it is a company with a lot of light, unlike many.

Several skylights were designed on the factory roof so that the interior would convey a better state of mind to the employees. Stone from the region was used abroad to link the building to the territory where it belongs.
Dizayn Çağırışı: Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.
Araşdırma: Bradco industry is an industrial unit in Castelo de Paiva. With the objective of strengthening research and technological development and Innovation, a process that has led, above all, to the increase in jobs, the company of the Swiss business group Brasport activated an investment of more than 3.1 million euros, with financing of more of 1.5 million euros. Company in the sector of manufacture of bracelets and luxury leather goods, in which it assumes itself as a leader.
İlham: The inspiration for this project was above all the challenge of designing a different industry with local characteristics.
Materials such as stone from the region, glass and steel were explored.
The landscape was very important in defining the project as it allowed a lot of transparency between the interior and the exterior.
Light has also always been an inspiration for there to be light, especially in the production area.
