Donghulin Guest House Qonaq Evi Haqqında

Donghulin Qonaq Evi kənddən yuxarıda, dağ yamacında yerləşən bir qonaq evidir. Müxtəlif hündürlükdə üç maili dam sahənin hündürlük fərqinə uyğunlaşır və interyerin funksional planlaşdırmasını bir-birindən ayırır. Damlar arasında yaranan boşluqlar təbii landşaftın xətlərini izləyir. Tünd boz çalar binanı ətraf mühitlə harmoniyada saxlayır. Əsas konstruksiya tökmə betondan hazırlanmışdır. Qonaq otaqlarının sayı məhduddur, geniş ictimai sahə isə sərbəst saxlanılır ki, operatorlar bu məkandan çevik şəkildə istifadə edə bilsinlər.

Unikal Xüsusiyyətlər: The design concept of the building is simple and clear. We responded to the height difference of the site in the form of pitched roofs and designed a well-bedded residence that is seamlessly attached to the mountain. Although it is a guest house, in the overall functional layout, the number of the guest rooms is quite limited, and a large public area is reserved to provide the operators as much operational flexibility as possible.

İstehsal Texnologiyası: The main structure of this house is constructed by pouring concrete, which poses greater challenges in terms of material transportation and temperature control.

Although the shape of the house is relatively simple, the craftsmanship requirements are relatively high, and this is difficult for the local construction workers. We try to make appropriate adjustments to the construction process to make the construction cost and completion effect effective under the premise of satisfying the design.
Dizayn Çağırışı: The building is located on the mountainside, looking down to the village below, enjoying a luxurious view. Before it was rebuilt, it had been a common residence of the villagers, which was hardly livable due to disrepair. The instructions of the new owners, as well as the legal regulations make it rather clear that the traditional architectural style must be preserved.

We use the classic form to meet the requirements of customers, so that it can be presented in a harmonious natural environment.
Araşdırma: Looking back to the process of the construction of the building, we realize that this is an unconventional "guest house" architectural project. Upon its completion, people who walk through the village and finally find themselves here can regard it as a spot close to nature which assures them a relaxing halt of their journeys. We look forward to having different groups of people come and go, and leave behind their unique interpretations of the spot.
İlham: In order to maintain the harmony between the building and its natural surroundings, we introduced a dark greyish hue. Three pitched roofs of different heights separate the functional layout of the space, and thereof the gaps formed rhythmically responded to the natural landscape. As the building is located at a certain altitude, an outlook from any given direction brings an interesting view, from up close to a far.
Layihə Müddəti: The project started in May 2020 in Beijing and finished in August 2020 in Beijing(Design period), and was finished in June 2021.
