Next Collection, Green Cape-in landşaftı ilə əlaqəli şəkildə layihələndirilmiş yaşayış kompleksidir. Bina, bağı əhatə edən podium üzərində yerləşdirilmiş üç müstəqil qanaddan ibarətdir.
