About 4.56 Jvpd Yaşayış Binası

4.56 JVPD Mumbayın Juhu bölgəsində yerləşən yaşayış binasıdır. Bina lüks mənzillərə malikdir, hər mərtəbədə bir mənzil və iki dupleks mənzil yerləşir. Post-gərginləşdirilmiş döşəmə plitələri tirlərə ehtiyacı aradan qaldırır, bununla da hər daxili mərtəbə sahəsi sütunsuz olur və interyerlər müxtəlif üsullarla planlaşdırıla bilir. Böyük açıq pəncərələr hər mənzilə gün işığı və çarpaz ventilyasiya təmin edir. Şəxsi lift birbaşa hər evə açılır. Bina 52,9 metr hündürlüyə çatır ki, bu da yaxınlıqdakı hava limanının hava dəhlizi zonası üçün müəyyən edilmiş məhdudiyyətə uyğundur.

Production Technology: The apartments are made with Post tensioned slabs
Design Challenge: The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
Research: The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
Inspiration: Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
Project Duration: the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.
Operation Flow: The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
