About House LW27 Şəxsi Yaşayış Evi

LW27 Evi yaşayış zonasında nisbətən kiçik bir sahədə inşa edilmiş şəxsi yaşayış evidir. Ağ həcm kobud təbii daş elementləri ilə kontrast yaradır. Ağ suvaqlı divarlar, palıd döşəmələr, həmçinin döşəmələr, hamamlar, buxarılar və divarlar üçün istifadə olunan təbii daş interyeri formalaşdırır. Birinci mərtəbədə açıq plan hovuz boyunca şərqdən qərbə sərbəst şəkildə axır. Döşəmədən tavana qədər sürüşən pəncərələr il boyu daxili və xarici məkanları birləşdirir. Yuxarı mərtəbədə ayrıca hamamları olan yataq otaqları yerləşir. Yaşıllaşdırılmış dam terrası isə örtülmüş torpaq sahəsini təbiətə qaytarır.

Unique Properties: The white Volume contrast with the rough natural stone elements. White plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms, chimneys and Walls.

Research: A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration: In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration: The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
