About The Intelligent Eggshell Lamp Primary Function: Çini Gecə Lampası

Ağıllı Yumurtaqabığı Lampası əl işi yumurtaqabığı çinisini səslə idarəetmə ilə birləşdirən çini gecə lampasıdır. Abajur qırxdan çox iş prosedurundan, təkrarlanan cilalama və oyma işlərindən, həmçinin üç dəfə yandırılmadan keçərək formalaşdırılır və bununla divar qalınlığı 1 mm-dən az olur. Oyulmuş nöqtələr, xətlər və səthlər lampa yandırıldıqda gecə səması kimi parıldayır. Konusvari korpus əldə rahat oturması və aşmağa müqavimət göstərməsi üçün əyilmişdir. İşıq səslə yandırılıb-söndürülür, beləliklə əllər sərbəst qalır. Dizayn ənənəvi xalq sənətkarlığını dirçəltməyi hədəfləyir.

Production Technology: The eggshell porcelain has to go through more than 40 working procedures and hundreds of times of repeated fettling and carving, burnt in three times, finally the thickness of the porcelain is within 1 mm.
Design Challenge: One of the challenges is to improve the qualified rate of good porcelain because it is too thin to keep the shape during firing. The other is how to assemble the porcelain lampshade onto the electronic components accurately.
Inspiration: We are a product design company from jingdezhen, a famous porcelain capital in China and abroad.
We found out that eggshell porcelain, in the past, was the best product for the emperor, with exquisite workmanship. However, at present, they are too traditional and old fashion to be liked by young people.
Therefore, we hope that through modern design language, these folk arts that may not conform to the functions and aesthetics of contemporary society can be revived.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2019 in Jingdezhen and finished in December 2019 in Jingdezhen.
