نُس یک رهایشی گیش انت که کریت، یونان ءِ تہا واقع اِنت۔ یک یو شکل ءِ اصلی حجم زیرزمینی مہمانخانہ ءِ گڑا ملگ کنگ بوتگ۔ ہر دو حجم جنوبشرق ءِ تاڀ ءِ نمائش ءَ زیاتر کننت و موسم ءَ سرا آفتاب ءِ زاویہ ءِ تبدیل بوگ ءَ جواب دینت۔ دو آفتابی جاگہ، یکے ثابت سایہبان ءَ گڑا و دگہ گردان پردہ و گرانگین دیوار ءَ گڑا، طبیعی گرم و سرد کنگ ءِ اجازہ دینت۔ یک سبز چھت، آپی سطح، یک ہوابدل کنگ ءِ راہ و کنترولبوتگین چھتی روزن انسان ءِ حرارتی آرام ءَ بہتر کننت۔ فوتوولتائیک پینل، آفتابی آپگرمکن و جیوترمال سیستم انرژی ءِ رد پا ءَ کم کننت۔

- The main criteria for the architectural decisions made, were the need for low energy footprint building designs, as well as the views towards pure Cretan nature. Τhe main U shaped residence along with the underground guest house volume, maximize the southeast exposure of the building, while they are taking advantage of the different angle of the sun rays during the seasonal cycles.

- For natural heating and cooling, we created two solar spaces, one with fixed shading, one with rotating blinds and a mass wall. Water surfaces on the south walls, the green roof, the hiding of the western light, the vertical ventilation shaft with small openings towards the North and the controlled shading roof openings, lead to thermal comfort conditions. Photovoltaic panels, solar water heaters and the vertical geothermal system, contribute to minimize the building’s ecological footprint.

- We believe in the integration of buildings into nature. Humble design tones present with more challenging architectural solutions, that take into account the sustainability and the ecological footprint of our built environment. Furthermore, the Cretan nature and landscape only needs a good frame to be appreciated or no frame at all. And this is what we did here. Minimum sq.meters, natural materials and welcoming volume decisions.
