بایا، ٹوکیو ئی مرکزی بخش شیبویا ئے تہاں وجودا آت، ھمانند یک غار کہ ناگاں شار ئے تہاں ظاہر بوتگ۔ اے پنج منزل داریت؛ یک زمین ئے تاں، سہ منزل، و یک بام ئے تراس، و پورا منزلاں ئی ڈیزائنی تصور "شار ئی اندا یک غار" اِنت۔ ڈیزائنران باور داشتنت کہ تنہا یک سادگیں ڈیزائن تواناں اِنت کہ غار ئی دلرُبا و انوکیں فضا چم کنیت، و آیئے اے سادگیں نگہداشت زمردیں سوزیں روشنی و مورتار ئے استعمال گوں کہ آیئے نظرا ئا نوکیں غارا واستے مناسب انت۔ دلرُبا زمردیں سوزیں روشنی ئی نور بندی ئی پلان فضا ئے گوں شان اضاپه کرت و ڈیزائنی تصور ئی تصویر کشی ئے تہاں کمک کرت۔

Unique Properties: “a cave within the city”
BAIA came into existence in the center of Shibuya the center of Tokyo metropolitan as a cave suddenly appeared in the city. BAIA consists of 5 floors; a basement, 3 stories and a rooftop terrace, and the design concept of entire floor is “a cave within the city.” We believed only a minimal design could visualize the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave, and kept it minimal using emerald green lighting and mortar which we think suited for this modern cave. The lighting plan of fascinating emerald green lights added a glamor to the space and helped to visualize the design concept “a cave within the city.”

Inspiration: We were inspired by the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave. We hope to trigger a chain reaction of positive inspirations by making an appearance of the design inspired by a cave in the very center of Tokyo.
