Унікальныя ўласцівасці: The project developer rented an old building to be the sales exhibition center. Nothing of the original decoration in the old building was allowed to be removed and everything must be retained. Therefore, the designers used a large amount of encapsulation to well protect all the original decoration structure and objects in it. On the premise of retaining the original suspended ceiling and wooden beams, the new ceiling is made under the original wooden beams to expose them indirectly.

Finally at the limited construction costs, it is difficult to select materials, designer find out the new recycle materials are used to replace as main materials to reduce costs and solve the prolem.

Натхненне: Geometric elements are used as a symbol of the modern design positioning of this residential project, which is combined with a theme of blending old and new elements inside the historic building, so as to let people feel all the same the memories of old times in such a new atmosphere.
