The project is built at the foot of the mountain, enjoying the landscape of Nanyue Mountain and facing the Nanming River. The project takes full use of the location advantages, excavating the cultural heritage of the old city to build the elite housing with temperature and culture.

Дызайнерскі выклік: The architect intends to increase the hierarchy of the building through the frame. The creamy-white and dark gray colors are used to enhance the sense of high-level sequence while the strong lines are used to surround the composite surface, and the dark color is used inside to form a virtual real contrast with the outer frame, so as to enhance the tension of the building. The facade composition system forms a simple and straight modern sense.

With the help of modern materials such as stone and glass curtain wall, the natural artistic conception of simplicity can be expressed.
