Its housing employs durable, aluminium. Advanced computer vision and biometric algorithms were embedded to enable precise motion tracking, while modular hardware allows future upgrades without full device replacement.
The hardest part was uniting advanced AI technology with a simple, trustworthy design, lagency-free. Creative challenges included balancing technical accuracy in motion tracking with an approachable aesthetic that fits into homes. Obstacles involved limited production options for compact, modular hardware, strict privacy laws, and ensuring affordability.
The research was applied design research. The objective was to create an affordable, holistic health coach. Using user-centered design, methods included interviews, motion-capture tests, and prototyping. Data came from wearables, cameras, and surveys.
