Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club е интериор на клубна сграда за общността в Циндао, Китай – град, разположен между планини и море. Клубът заема 4239 квадратни метра и обединява разнообразни функции в една скулптурна структура. Пространството се извива спираловидно нагоре, за да улови максимална естествена светлина и открити гледки нагоре, в почит към традиционните китайски градини. Unique Properties: Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao,a city lying between mountain and sea.It boasts a grand seascape while it is characterized by the sea,it keeps its own identity of a secluded and natural land of wonder.The design takes into consideration residents new understanding of the circle of home and life,and casts a profound insight to interdependence between human beings,nature and art.

Production Technology: The design inspiration comes from light.The changeable natural light brings into the space a ray of natural art.Furnished with natural materials,the elegant space and scene allows a tranquil and cozy atmosphere.
Design Challenge: The design embodies a wide range of scenes to extend the pursuit of a quality life,and provides new consumption experience where urban living aesthetics integrates with mutually supportive communities.
Research: The modern and simplistic design,centering on landscaper,and fully incorporates and brings out the best of tradition and modern,life and art, which creating a closer and amiable space for better communication.Like the museum’s changing space, it spirals upward to obtain maximum natural light and upward views.It is an embodiment of the life wisdom of ‘exquisite life aesthetics’,and a comprehensive extension of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationship.
Inspiration: The modern and simplistic design,centering on landscaper,and fully incorporates and brings out the best of tradition and modern,life and art,which creating a closer and amiable space for better communication.Like the museum’s changing space,it spirals upward to obtain maximum natural light and upward views.It is an embodiment of the life wisdom of‘exquisite life aesthetics’,and a comprehensive extension of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationship.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2019 in Qingdao,China and finished in June 2019.
Operation Flow: In the sculptural structure,a variety of functions are designed into it.The variable space spirals up,which constitutes designers’homage to the traditional Chinese gardens,while also obtaining the maximum natural light and an upward view.The extending upward view epitomes the unlimited possibilities of life.
