About The Hub Смесено туристическо развитие
„The Hub“ е смесен проект, разработен за туризъм в Хийлсвил, Виктория, Австралия. Проектът съчетава исторически пазар, кулинарен център, пивоварна, хотел, ресторант и център за събития. Пешеходна връзка обединява всички функции в рамките на парцела с площ от шест акра. Сградите се спускат стъпаловидно, следвайки топографията, а природните материали свързват комплекса с околния пейзаж. Концепцията на дизайна внася външното пространство навътре и отваря обекта към пешеходните посетители. Целта е да се подкрепи местният туризъм, като същевременно се запази характерът на квартала.

- using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
