За Casa Della Quercia Еднофамилна вила

Каза Дела Куерча е еднофамилна вила, построена на панорамен хълмист терен с вековен дъб. Единственият надземен етаж обхваща 105 квадратни метра и включва две спални, кухня, голяма дневна и две бани. To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.
The house, like the nest, communicates with the outside without being invasive but protective.
Вдъхновение: The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
