За Bulbo Стол
Bulbo е лаундж кресло със скулптурна форма, вдъхновена от ботанически форми. Конструкцията и краката са изработени от масивна дървесина тауари, подбрана заради здравината и равномерната си текстура. Столът стои само на три крака, като асиметричното им разположение осигурява стабилност на седалката. Подлакътниците са изработени от тънки дървесни фурнири, залепени и огънати под високо налягане. The chair features a structure and legs made from solid tauari wood, chosen for its strength and uniform grain. The armrest is crafted from thin tauari wood veneers, glued and bent through high pressure pressing. The seat and backrest are upholstered with high density foam and covered in boucle fabric, offering a soft texture and refined finish. - Тагове

- The production of the bulbo chair involves wood selection and preparation, including cutting, planing, and 5 axis cnc machining. The front legs are turned on a lathe, and the rear leg is milled from solid wood. The armrest is made from thin wood veneers, glued and bent using a high pressure press. Assembly is done with presses, followed by sanding, staining, varnishing, manual upholstery, packaging, and quality control.

- The main challenge was translating organic forms into structures viable for scaled production, while preserving visual lightness, stability, and comfort. As a three legged chair, it required a rigid and highly stable structure. The asymmetry of the legs demanded precision to ensure balance. The correct tilt of the upholstered backrest was also essential for comfort. The project involved ergonomic testing and research on veneer pressing and precise joinery.

- The research began by observing how sitting can be a sensory and welcoming act. The goal was to design a sculptural, comfortable, and stable lounge chair with only three legs. The process included physical prototypes, ergonomic testing, and angle studies. The curved laminated wood arms combine structure and aesthetics. The result is a balanced piece that merges form, function, and emotion.

- The project was developed and produced in April 2024 in Parai, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Its Brazilian market launch took place in February 2025 during the Abimad fair in Sao Paulo. The international debut occurred in April 2025 at Fuorisalone during Milan Design Week.
