About Daebong-dong Commercial Skip Floor Търговското Кафене

Junghee Lee се опита да раздели голямо подово пространство на няколко малки пространства. За тази цел архитектът зададе основната посока като прескочен етаж и това е двуетажна сграда, но всъщност се превърна в пространство от четири етажа до външната палуба на покрива. На същия етаж открита бетонна стена беше открита в средата и отново го раздели на две части. Покритието на пода и тавана създава контрастни ефекти. освен това, чрез инсталиране на тавански прозорец, естествената светлина навлиза в стаята през деня.

Unique Properties: We tried to divide a large floor space into several small spaces. For this purpose, we set the basic direction as a skip floor, and it is a two-story building, but it actually became a space of four floors up to the outside deck on the roof. On the same floor, exposed concrete wall was exposed in the middle and divided it into two parts again.

Inspiration: The site where the project was carried out is Daegu City which is located on the side road of the old section of the city. In 2010, as the singer Kim Gwangseok's streets were built around, it became a popular neighborhood where many young people visited on the weekends.
we designed a building that does not stand out too much compared to the neighboring buildings, but has its distinct features and can be combined with the neighborhood atmosphere with 1/3 of the legal maximum possible size.
