Уникални свойства: The concept of the design tries to facilitate a feeling of hotel-like but office space. Soft color and materials are used to present the hotel's exquisiteness and comfort. Of course, the functional that office workspace plane is to the basic and the most important of all.

Производствена технология: There is a saying that " A beautiful wife is not easy to please for a husband." Different from this saying, easy maintenance, and low-cost materials are the issues to us when we design.
Дизайнерско предизвикателство: The architecture was designed for residential usage. A typical house building type, not an office building type. The electric system, /(window frame), even the indoor area is not designed for regular office usage.
To jump out these limits, the site plan is more focused on each room size. The lightly grey color and the area lighting compose the main style. Also, shutters and blinds are particularly used for eliminating the original window frame of the building.
