এন্টারপ্রাইজ ম্যানশন হলো ২১৮৫ বর্গমিটার মোট আয়তনবিশিষ্ট একটি ক্লাবহাউসের অভ্যন্তরীণ পরিসর। নকশাটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী চীনা প্রাঙ্গণ-ভিত্তিক বাড়ির ধারণা থেকে অনুপ্রাণিত, যা দীর্ঘকাল ধরে গার্হস্থ্য জীবন ও সংস্কৃতির প্রতীক হিসেবে পরিচিত। বিন্যাসটি মানুষ, স্থাপত্য ও প্রকৃতির মধ্যে ঐক্যের ভাবনাকে অনুসরণ করে, নির্মিত পরিসরের ভেতরেই স্থান দেয় বাগান, গাছপালা ও উন্মুক্ত আকাশকে। ব্যবহৃত উপকরণের মধ্যে রয়েছে ক্যাসিয়া সিয়ামিয়া কাঠ, নদীর ধূসর পাথর, ডলোমাইট, ব্রোঞ্জ স্টেইনলেস স্টিল এবং হাতে আঁকা তারজালি কাচ। প্রকল্পটি ২০১৭ সালের অক্টোবরে সাংহাইতে শুরু হয় এবং ২০১৯ সালের সেপ্টেম্বরে নানথংয়ে সম্পন্ন হয়।
