হংইয়াং কাইসা রিভারসাইড ম্যানশন চীনের নানজিং শহরে অবস্থিত ৬৯৭ বর্গমিটারের একটি বিক্রয় কেন্দ্র। অভ্যন্তরীণ পরিকল্পনাটি "চার দিক থেকে জল হলঘরে ফিরে আসা" ধারণাকে অনুসরণ করে, যেখানে ঢালু ছাদ থেকে বৃষ্টির জল চারদিক থেকে গড়িয়ে কেন্দ্রীয় প্রাঙ্গণে এসে জমা হয়। বিন্যাসটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী জিয়াংনান বাড়িগুলির ক্রমান্বয়ে সজ্জিত ছাদের বিন্যাস থেকে অনুপ্রেরণা নিয়েছে এবং আধুনিক পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে প্রাচ্যের প্রজ্ঞাকে প্রকাশ করেছে। ব্যবহৃত উপকরণের মধ্যে রয়েছে চীনা নকশাযুক্ত ধাতব জালি, কাচের ইট, পাথর এবং কাচের পর্দা-দেয়াল। স্কাইলাইট দিয়ে প্রবেশ করা সূর্যালোক পরিবর্তনশীল আলো-ছায়ার খেলা সৃষ্টি করে।
