দ্য হাব অস্ট্রেলিয়ার ভিক্টোরিয়ার হিলসভিলে পর্যটনের জন্য পরিকল্পিত একটি মিশ্র ব্যবহারের উন্নয়ন প্রকল্প। প্রকল্পটিতে একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী বাজার, একটি এপিকিউরিয়ান সেন্টার, একটি ব্রুয়ারি, একটি হোটেল, একটি রেস্তোরাঁ এবং একটি ফাংশন সেন্টার একত্রিত হয়েছে। ছয় একর জায়গার সব ব্যবহারকে একটি পথচারী সংযোগপথ পরস্পরের সঙ্গে যুক্ত করেছে। ভবনগুলি ভূপ্রকৃতি অনুসরণ করে ধাপে ধাপে নিচে নেমে গেছে, এবং মাটি-ভিত্তিক উপকরণ প্রকল্পটিকে চারপাশের প্রাকৃতিক দৃশ্যপটের সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত করে তোলে। ডিজাইন ধারণাটি বাইরের পরিবেশকে ভেতরে নিয়ে আসে এবং পায়ে হেঁটে আসা দর্শনার্থীদের জন্য স্থানটিকে উন্মুক্ত করে। উদ্দেশ্য হলো আশপাশের এলাকার নিজস্ব বৈশিষ্ট্য অক্ষুণ্ণ রেখে স্থানীয় পর্যটনকে সহায়তা করা।
