"দ্য ওরিয়েন্ট অফ জিংইউ" হলো ১৮২ বর্গমিটার আয়তনের একটি ফ্ল্যাটের জন্য তৈরি একটি আবাসিক অভ্যন্তরীণ নকশা। এই নকশাটি জিংজিয়াংয়ের ঐতিহ্যবাহী চীনা উইউয়ে সংস্কৃতি এবং জল-উপাদানের সঙ্গে তার সম্পর্ক থেকে অনুপ্রেরণা গ্রহণ করেছে। প্রাচীন খাল-নির্ভর বাণিজ্যিক বাজার এবং স্থানীয় বস্ত্রশিল্পের নানা উপাদানকে আধুনিক নকশা পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে বিমূর্ত ও পরিশীলিত করে তোলা হয়েছে। আখরোট কাঠ, মার্বেল ও ব্রোঞ্জ ধাতুকে এমনভাবে সমন্বিত করা হয়েছে যাতে উপকরণগুলি পরস্পরের প্রতিধ্বনি তোলে এবং একটি প্রশান্ত প্রাচ্যদেশীয় চরিত্র প্রকাশ করে। অভ্যন্তরীণ পরিসরটি ঐতিহাসিক সংস্কৃতিকে সমকালীন জীবনযাত্রার অভ্যাসের সঙ্গে যুক্ত করে।
