তেরু সুশি হলো জাপানের কিতাকিউশু শহরে অবস্থিত একটি সুশি রেস্তোরাঁর অভ্যন্তরীণ নকশা। ৯৫ বর্গমিটারের এই স্থানটি একটি বিদ্যমান ভোজনালয়ের সংস্কারের মাধ্যমে সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে। অতিথিরা চা-অনুষ্ঠান থেকে অনুপ্রাণিত একটি পথ দিয়ে প্রবেশ করেন, যা মূল কক্ষে পৌঁছানোর আগে প্রত্যাশার আবহ তৈরি করে। কেন্দ্রে রয়েছে একটি বৃত্তাকার কাউন্টার, যা মঞ্চের ভূমিকা পালন করে, ফলে প্রতিটি আসন থেকেই শেফকে স্পষ্টভাবে দেখা যায়। মাটির দেয়াল, ইতালীয় টাইলস, অ্যাশ কাঠ এবং মিনো মৃৎশিল্প ঐতিহ্যে তৈরি সিরামিক টাইলস ঘিরে রেখেছে পালিশ করা পাথরের ফিনিশকে। আলোকসজ্জা রন্ধনশিল্প ও কারুকর্মকে বিশেষভাবে ফুটিয়ে তোলে।
