"দি আর্ট অফ কমিউনিটি" হলো তাইওয়ানের তাইচুং শহরের একটি আবাসিক প্রকল্পের অন্তর্গত একটি সর্বজনীন পরিসরের ডিজাইন। ভাগ করে ব্যবহৃত এলাকাগুলোর মধ্যে রয়েছে ছয় মিটার উঁচু একটি লবি, যা সবুজ গাছগাছালিতে সাজানো একটি প্রাঙ্গণের দিকে খুলে যায়, একটি আর্ট করিডর এবং একটি লিভিং কিচেন। ৩.৩ মিটার উচ্চতার কাচের গ্লেজিং অভ্যন্তরে প্রাকৃতিক আলো ও বায়ুপ্রবাহ নিয়ে আসে। ন্যূনতমবাদী কংক্রিটের সঙ্গে মিলিত হয়েছে উষ্ণ কাঠ, আর কঠিন কোণের পরিবর্তে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে কোমল সাংগঠনিক বক্ররেখা, যা সবচেয়ে স্পষ্টভাবে দৃশ্যমান লাইব্রেরির বাঁকানো কাঠের স্থাপত্যে। আনুষ্ঠানিক লবি কাউন্টারটি সরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে, যাতে প্রাঙ্গণ পর্যন্ত নিরবচ্ছিন্ন প্রবাহ তৈরি হয় এবং বাসিন্দাদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক মিলামেশা উৎসাহিত হয়।

- This design transforms residential living into an art-infused community. It features a 6-meter lobby opening to a lush courtyard, an Art Corridor, and a Living Kitchen. Soft curves, organic forms, and expansive 3.3-meter glazing create a seamless, light-filled environment. It's a holistic ecosystem fostering connection and creativity, redefining modern family living beyond mere accommodation.

- Guided by biophilic principles, the design methodology focused on dissolving the barrier between indoors and out. This was achieved through a 6-meter-high lobby and expansive 3.3-meter glazing, maximizing natural light and airflow. The material palette intentionally blends minimalist concrete with warm wood to craft a sophisticated yet gentle atmosphere. A key technique was favoring soft, organic curves over hard angles, most prominent in the library's unique curved wooden architecture.

Realizing the project's signature organic forms and soft curves also posed a significant construction challenge, requiring precision to achieve the desired welcoming atmosphere.
