গ্র্যান্ড ওভারচার হলো চীনের সাংহাইয়ে অবস্থিত প্রায় ১০০০ বর্গমিটার আয়তনের একটি আতিথেয়তা হল। খিলানাকৃতি কাঠামোগুলো একাধিক স্তর জুড়ে আলো-ছায়ার প্রবাহকে পরিচালিত করে। অফ-হোয়াইট পাথর, মাটির রঙের কাঠ এবং ধাতব অলংকরণ মিলে টেক্সচার ও উষ্ণতার স্তর তৈরি করে। আর্ট ডেকো ধাঁচের পাথরের ইনলে নকশা এবং হেরিংবোন প্যাটার্নের পাথরের মেঝে এই অঞ্চলের ঐতিহাসিক বাণিজ্যভবনগুলোর প্রতি ইঙ্গিত করে। একটি বাঁকানো সিঁড়ি দর্শনার্থীদের উপরের দিকে নিয়ে যায়, আর লিফট লবিতে রয়েছে ভিনটেজ ফ্লোর ইন্ডিকেটর। ধ্রুপদী খিলান ও বারোক বক্ররেখাগুলোকে আধুনিক জ্যামিতিক দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির মাধ্যমে নতুনভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে।
