হার্ট ইন ব্লুম হলো ১৮ ক্যারেট সোনায় তৈরি একটি আংটি, যাতে ১.১ ক্যারেটের হৃদয় আকৃতির পিচ আভাযুক্ত নীলকান্তমণি বসানো হয়েছে। উন্মুক্ত ও অপ্রতিসম গঠনটি বিভিন্ন মাপের আঙুলের সঙ্গে মানিয়ে নেয় এবং ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ ওজন বণ্টনের মাধ্যমে স্থিতিশীল থাকে। নীলকান্তমণিটিকে কোনো নির্দিষ্ট কেন্দ্রবিন্দু হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়নি, বরং এটি শাখাপ্রশাখার মতো আকৃতির মধ্য থেকে উদ্ভাসিত হয়, যা পাথরটিকে আংশিকভাবে ঘিরে রাখে। ভাস্কর্যধর্মী শাখাগুলো বাইরের দিকে বিস্তৃত হয়ে স্তরবিন্যস্ত সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলে, যা হালকা ভাবের অনুভূতি সৃষ্টি করে। দেখার কোণ পরিবর্তিত হওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে শাখাগুলো ও পাথরের মধ্যকার স্থানিক সম্পর্কও বদলে যায়।
