স্ট্রোমার এসটি৫ একটি স্পিড ইলেকট্রিক বাইসাইকেল, যা দ্রুতগতির দৈনন্দিন যাতায়াতের জন্য ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে। পেছনের চাকায় থাকা মোটরটি ঘণ্টায় ৪৫ কিলোমিটার পর্যন্ত সহায়তা দেয়, যার ক্ষমতা ৮৫০ ওয়াট এবং টর্ক ৪৮ নিউটন মিটার। উল্লেখিত রেঞ্জ ১৮০ কিলোমিটার পর্যন্ত পৌঁছায়। ডিজাইন সংযুক্তিকরণ এখানে উচ্চ পর্যায়ে নেওয়া হয়েছে এবং তারগুলো প্রায় সম্পূর্ণরূপে দৃষ্টির আড়ালে রাখা হয়েছে। নিয়ন্ত্রণ ইলেকট্রনিক্স ধারণ করা হ্যান্ডেলবারটি পরিচ্ছন্ন ও ঝঞ্ঝাটমুক্ত রাখা হয়েছে। ব্যাটারিটি ডাউনটিউবের ভেতরে স্থাপন করা হয়েছে। স্ট্রোমার এসটি৫-এর উদ্দেশ্য হলো গাড়িতে যাতায়াতের প্রয়োজনীয়তা কমিয়ে আনা।
