About Utopian Bureau Enterijer poslovnog prostora

Utopian Bureau je enterijer poslovnog prostora na Tajvanu površine 198,51 kvadratnih metara. Prostor je prvobitno bio uređen kao stambeni objekat i preuređen je u otvoreni kancelarijski raspored. Nakon postavljanja instalacija, plafon i zidovi su obojeni u crno, a pod je popločan drvenim dekorom otpornim na habanje. Tople boje i neoklasični detalji kombinovani su sa industrijskim osnovnim tonom. Materijali preostali iz ranijih projekata ponovo su iskorišteni. Namještaj nije postavljen u paralelnim redovima, a kariran tapet i rasvjeta oblikuju vizuelni efekat.

Unique Properties: Different from the generalized construction procedure, we first paint the ceiling and walls black, and then pave the floor with wood-colored wear-resistant board after the pipelines are setting up. After that, exploit the available materials at hand, comply with the appropriate color hue to layout, so as reflecting the specified feature of the brand - warmth and stylish.
Dimensions & Packaging: An area of space is 198.51 square meters.

Production Technology: The project was originally a non-decorated space, different from the generalized construction procedure, we first paint the ceiling and walls black, and then pave the floor with wood-colored wear-resistant board after the pipelines are setting up. After that, exploit the available materials at hand, comply with the appropriate color hue to layout.
Design Challenge: Exploit the materials that remained from the previous cases, successfully transformed the non-decorated space into an interesting office setting in the tight construction period.
Research: In an ordinary homey space, still can create a brand new style situation via the ingenious decoration, thence shape a cultural gallery of integrating work, art and life.
Inspiration: The project was originally a residential configuration, transformed the pattern into an office layout. The whole space adopts open layout, Select warm color hue and neoclassical style, which integrates with the base tone of industrial style.
Also, in the square pattern, the furnishing is not in parallel layout. Create a brand new style situation via the ingenious decoration. So that the customers and the visitors would feel homey as soon as they step into the space.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2017 and finished in June 2017 in Taiwan.
Operation Flow: Select the wood tinge checkered wallpaper and illumination bring about the glamorous visual effect of the space.
