About The Hub Mješoviti turistički razvojni projekat
The Hub je mješoviti razvojni projekat namijenjen turizmu u Healesvilleu, Viktorija, Australija. Projekat objedinjuje historijsku tržnicu, gastronomski centar, pivovaru, hotel, restoran i centar za posebne prigode. Pješačka veza povezuje sve sadržaje na parceli površine šest jutara. Zgrade se stepenasto spuštaju prateći topografiju terena, dok zemljani materijali povezuju razvoj sa okolnim pejzažom. Dizajnerski koncept unosi vanjski prostor u unutrašnjost i otvara lokaciju posjetiocima koji dolaze pješice. Namjera je podržati lokalni turizam uz očuvanje karaktera susjedstva.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
