About Osia Villa Stambeni interijerski dizajn

Osia Villa je privatna rezidencija smještena na parceli od 2800 kvadratnih metara s pogledom na pirinčana polja. Dizajn povezuje unutrašnje i vanjske prostore, brišući granicu između zaklona i pejzaža. Dvije terase obilježavaju vilu: istočna terasa namijenjena za doručak i zapadna terasa na drugom nivou koja se koristi za večernja okupljanja. Prostor za sjedenje s pergolom na rekreacijskom spratu poduprijet je postojećom mrežom nosača i okviruje poglede na zalazak sunca. Materijali su nabavljeni lokalno, a za popločavanje su korišteni otpadni komadi granita.

Unique Properties: A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

Production Technology: The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
Design Challenge: The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
Research: The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
Inspiration: The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Project Duration: The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
Operation Flow: The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
