IC100 je mobilni 3D rendgenski fluoroskop dizajniran za upotrebu tokom hirurških zahvata. Uređaj snima video, statične slike i trodimenzionalne slike. C-luk i radna stanica objedinjeni su u jedna kolica, čime se štedi prostor u operacionoj sali i olakšava premještanje jedinice. Široki otvor C-prstena pogodan je za mnoge hirurške scenarije. Smart-Link tehnologija povezuje sistem sa hirurškim robotima i skraćuje tok pripremnog rada. CMOS detektor podržava visok kvalitet slike uz niske doze zračenja. Zasebna konzola za slike omogućava daljinsko snimanje, smanjujući izloženost zračenju za medicinsko osoblje.

C-Arm is a mature market,3D C-Arm sales are very limited.Demand of robotic surgery brought a huge market to 3D C-Arm.Existing C-Arm designed for manual surgery,has huge drawbacks to work with robot:
Complex procedures,inefficient,patient anesthesia risk,collision risk,high radiation,big size,low intelligence,poor images+surgical adaptability+visual field,low 3D accuracy
Inspiracija: C-Arm is a must have for the popular Orthopedic robots, while existing-C-Arm doesn’t fit to robots.
Workflow:
Except 13-step surgical process,robot+existing C-Arm ask an extra 15-step and a technician to finish preoperative preparation, and additional 10-20min surgical time,reduced surgical efficiency and added patients’ anesthesia risk.
Large size of existing dual-trolley C-Arm affect surgeons’ work space, surgical result,even surgical safety. Operation room:limited space,densely equipped and staffed.
Trajanje projekta: The project started in March 2021 in Nanjing China and finished in January 2022. The product have entered into mass production and is used in hospitals.
