About Renewal of Lu Xun's Hometown Urbani dizajn historijske četvrti

Obnova rodnog mjesta Lu Xuna je projekat urbanog dizajna historijsko-kulturnog kvarta u gradu Hangzhou, provincija Zhejiang, Kina. Plan obnavlja vodene puteve za čamce s crnim nadstrešnicama, zajedno s historijskim ulicama i uličicama, mostovima i starim nazivima mjesta. Dizajn je inspirisan teksturom tradicionalnih kineskih gradova na obali vode. Obnovljene zgrade prepričavaju priče preuzete iz romana pisca Lu Xuna. Plan također štiti interese lokalnih stanovnika, podržava društvenu jednakost i čuva lokalni način života.

Design Challenge: The design focuses on the contradiction between historical, cultural preservation and modern urban development. It proposed a scheme that meets with many legal and regulatory requirements on height, material, color and form, and comprehensively solves the issues of safety, fire protection and traffic.
Research: We had made research on local history through books, archives and interviews with local scholars. We had negotiated with local people on issues include economic interests and social services to protect their best interests and improve their life quality. Ultimately, we have proposed a win-win solution for all parties.
Inspiration: The design is inspired by the texture of the traditional Chinese waterfront towns and cities. It restores the traditional scenes by restoring waterways for black awning boats, historical streets and alleys, bridges and old names of places.
