About Binhai Second Sub Optometrijski centar

Binhai Second Sub je optometrijski centar u Tianjinu. Enterijer se prostire na 373 kvadratna metra i objedinjuje medicinske, maloprodajne i umjetničke elemente. Fasada ima jednostavan oblik s dinamičnim promjenama boja. Koncizni lukovi su integrisani s unutrašnjim rasporedom kako bi oblikovali prostor. Jasna cirkulaciona ruta u potpunosti iskorištava ograničenu površinu. Na drugom spratu nalazi se centar za preglede, gdje razapeti dizajn stvara mirnu i otvorenu atmosferu. Materijali uključuju drvo, metalne plafone, zelene biljke, elektrificirano nanometarsko staklo i prilagođene kožne sofe.

The second sub center of Binhai New Area takes professional medical technology and attentive service to customers as the core, and optimizes its functions according to local conditions, fully reflecting the simplicity and comfort. The high integration of medicine, art and commerce not only retains the main design elements of Tianjin eye hospital, but also makes a perfect expression in its own style.

Inspiration: With the practice of science and technology and art coming into life, many high-tech, art, handicrafts and other elements have entered the commercial space, which makes it beauty in both functional and formal.
Project Duration: The project started in March 2021 in Tianjin and finished in December 2021 in Tianjin.
Operation Flow: Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
