About Ceremony Stolica bez naslona
Ceremony je stolica bez naslona dizajnirana za sjedenje, ispijanje čaja i razgovor. Okvir je izrađen od oraha i spojen tradicionalnim kineskim spojevima čep i utor. Konstrukcija smanjuje količinu upotrijebljenog materijala, dok sjedište ostaje stabilno i udobno za korištenje. Površina sjedišta i noge su izrezani pomoću računalno kontrolirane obrade, a zatim dorađeni ručnim poliranjem. Stolica se isporučuje za sklapanje od strane korisnika. Oblik se referira na kinesku ritualnu kulturu, u kojoj se sjedenje shvata kao čin ljubaznosti. Stolica mjeri 400 mm u širinu, 320 mm u dubinu i 430 mm u visinu.

- Production Technology
- Use Chinese (tenon and mortise joint) technology to connect the whole. The bench surface and leg are carved by CNC digital control machine in the first step, and then fine tuned by manual polishing. The material is walnut or black walnut, and the digital production adopts 3D virtual model.

- Research
- This is the design of a seat. The inspiration for the design comes from China's etiquette and civilization. The Book of Rites - The Moon Order has more meaning of treating each other with courtesy. The concept of the chair was based on important aspects of a good design, such as comfort, quality, and sustainable values. Nowadays a product needs to represent more than ever these key elements. This concept makes this chair unique along with its minimalist lines.
- Inspiration
- This seat is inspired by Chinese ritual, which has appeared in oracle bone inscriptions and early inscriptions on gold. In the Book of Rites, Yueling has more meaning of treating each other with courtesy. The behavior of sitting is also a kind of etiquette, and the design semantics of products also follow the etiquette culture and then expand. In the background study, it analyzes the inheritance of the spirit of ritual.

- This project is completely new and unseen until now. Started and finished in Madrid inNovember 2022.
