About Porch Višenamjenski Prostor

Dizajneri su se suočili sa zahtjevnim zadatkom stapanja tradicionalnih iranskih elemenata sa modernom estetikom, ali su ipak uspjeli stvoriti harmoniju u ovom višenamjenskom prostoru. Siva i tamnoplava paleta korištene su zajedno sa sirovim završnicama kako bi se stvorio moderan ambijent. Dok su stari drveni podovi pažljivo očuvani, vješto su integrisani moderna ogledala i lukovi, koji predstavljaju kombinaciju tradicionalnog i suvremenog arhitektonskog stila.

Unique Properties: the removal of existing architectural elements, decorations and materials, as well as the complexity of a true multifunctional application unit with Porch objectives. Space is freed up, function is improved, and people and different use of spaces are given more value. As a respect to nature and time, employ sustainable materials.

Production Technology: Sustainability was the first criteria for selecting furniture material in this project and the use of wood was maximised.

In order to enable the users to better maintain the ambiance of each space, the lighting, curtains and air conditioning are controlled by implementing an integrated Smart home systems.
Design Challenge: Custom made and designed items (furniture and all wooden segments) are the results of multifunctional use and modern-traditional concept. Porch wants to do the most applications in one limited old house. Implementing Sustainable material in all the aspects whether it is the furniture or the auxiliary systems.
Research: Transformation of a family house into a traditionally inspired modern Design PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The unique curves result in a traditionally inspired design.
Inspiration: In this project, the main source of inspiration are Archs. They are known as one of the symbols of unique beauty and performance in Iranian architecture.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2022 in Tehran , finished in August 2023
Operation Flow: As a home modification options, whole house transformation includes multifunctional design and customization, installation, and other services. Furniture supplier company exclusively produced according to consumers' design needs.
