Htvront 2 je automatska termo presa dizajnirana za kućne kreativne radove i upotrebu u malim preduzećima. Automatski mehanizam spuštanja i podizanja primjenjuje ravnomjeran pritisak bez ručnog napora. Pritisak se može podesiti na sedam nivoa od 20 do 80 kilograma, dok temperatura i vrijeme ostaju podesivi za različite materijale. Visina presovanja doseže 4,5 centimetara, tako da se mogu koristiti deblji predmeti. Izvlačna ladica i toplotno izolaciono plastično kućište smanjuju akumulaciju toplote i štite korisnike. Termo presa se automatski isključuje nakon 15 minuta neaktivnosti.

Unique Properties: The product is a highly versatile automatic heat press for both home and business use, delivering a smoother and more efficient crafting experience. It includes all the fantastic automated features from the first generation, and further incorporates an extended pressing height, enhanced functionality, and user centered design improvements. These upgrades ensure superior safety while providing users with precise customization options for temperature, time, and pressure adjustments.

Production Technology: The casing of the heat press combines the durable ABS with a PVC and ABS alloy that is highly resistant to heat, enhancing its lifespan and providing insulation for scald protection. This achieves both durability and safety. Its surface is treated with a fine, anti stain texture, presenting a matte finish that is stylish and easy to maintain.
The heat protection cover plate, made of dark gray nylon fiberglass, retains its color and shape even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Design Challenge: HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2 features an auto down and up mechanism with pressure adjustment ranging from 20 to 80 kg, offering seven pressure levels for precise handling. It enables highly automated operation that is truly hands free. The expanded pressing height of up to 4.5 cm allows users to unleash their creativity with a wider variety of materials. The integrated NTC thermistor sensor provides precise control over temperature, time, and pressure for superior heat transfer results.
Research: The upgraded heat press is born to address the issues of complex operation and limited material compatibility in traditional models, simplifying the heat transfer process for craft beginners and small business owners. It excels in automation and user friendliness, eliminating the need for heavy manual pressing. The expanded pressure adjustment range supports working with various types of materials with precision. For added safety, it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Inspiration: This heat press focuses on delivering operation that is hands free with even pressure application, providing highly automated processes for a more efficient DIY experience. Its auto down and up mechanism ensures uniform pressure distribution, enabling precise handling of every detail and eliminating human error. Additionally, the design considers the properties of different materials, allowing for adjustment in temperature, time, and pressure to enhance personalization and flexibility.
Project Duration: The project was initiated in June 2023, with mass production beginning in September 2024. HTVRONT Auto Heat Press 2 was then introduced to the American and European markets in November 2024.
Operation Flow: The heat press features a slide out drawer design and an advanced heat dissipation structure, with the heat plate covered by a heat insulating plastic shell. This design significantly reduces heat accumulation and protects users from scalds for both safety and reliable performance.
Silicone buttons offer gentle, clear tactile feedback with slight resistance and elasticity when pressed. At the center of the button arrangement, a groove design helps users locate and press the buttons accurately.
