Synthetic Blue je skulptura koja podsjeća na meduzu. Skulptura je u potpunosti izrađena od recikliranog plastičnog pribora za jednokratnu upotrebu, termički preoblikovanog i trajno uloženog u smolu. Kupolasta forma nastala je kompresijom i kontroliranom toplotom, čime su očuvane površinske teksture koje podsjećaju na biološke membrane. Djelo počiva u plitkom bazenu od smole uokvirenom drvetom, što sugerira reflektirajuću vodenu površinu. Posmatrači objekat najprije doživljavaju kao morski organizam, a zatim prepoznaju odbačenu plastiku – promjena percepcije koja skreće pažnju na utjecaj otpada na život u okeanu.

Tehnologija proizvodnje: The sculpture is constructed entirely from reclaimed disposable plastic utensils that have been thermally reshaped and embedded in resin. Synthetic Blue emerges from this resemblance. Instead of symbolically depicting marine life, the project reshapes discarded plastic utensils into a form that mimics the fragile translucency of a jellyfish.

By transforming waste into a seductive marine apparition, the work exposes the paradox of artificial beauty and environmental harm.
