O dizajnu Palm 1890 Primarna funkcija: Ugostiteljska rezidencija

Tekst knjige: Palm 1890 je obalni razvojni projekt mješovite namjene smješten u Alacatiju, Izmir. Projekt objedinjuje stambene jedinice i funkcije butik hotela unutar jedinstvene arhitektonske kompozicije oblikovane egejskom topografijom. Pažljivo osmišljena strategija stepenastog volumena osigurava neometan pogled na more za sve jedinice, istovremeno podržavajući privatnost i prostornu jasnoću. Ozelenjene terase i vodeni elementi jačaju vezu između izgrađene forme i pejzaža, stvarajući mirno i klimatski prilagodljivo životno okruženje koje potiče kontinuitet vanjskog prostora i cjelogodišnju upotrebljivost na cijeloj lokaciji.
