O dizajnu Bund Wutong Vibe Dizajn stambenog enterijera

Bund Wutong Vibe je dizajn stambenog enterijera za stan od 130 kvadratnih metara. Dizajn spaja haipai kulturu sa prilagođenim modernim sistemom stanovanja. Dnevna soba, trpezarija i kuhinja čine javno jezgro koje se proteže do soba za odmor, radne sobe i prostora za odlaganje. Lukovi, simetrične kompozicije i geometrijske profilacije reinterpretirani su kao zakrivljeni stropovi i zaobljeni ormarići. Ormarići su izrađeni od furnira crnog brijesta i visokosjajnih svijetlosivih UV lakiranih ploča. Radne površine i trpezarijski sto izrađeni su od sinterovanog kamena. Mehanizmi za otvaranje pritiskom, bez ručki, čine svakodnevnu upotrebu jednostavnom.

Jedinstvena svojstva: The spacious flat, a customized living system integrating haipai culture with modern lifestyle, centers on the concept of modern haipai and urban elegance. It organically extends from a public core that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen into private resting rooms, a dedicated study, and storage areas. Combined with highly integrated customized cabinets and a continuous interface language, the project achieves a harmonious unity of functional organization and cultural expression.

Tehnologija proizvodnje: For cabinets, black elm veneers offer deep tones and natural wood grain to embody calm in haipai culture, while high gloss light gray UV coated door panels are wear resistant and easy to clean, ideal for high frequency use.
Countertops and the dining table, made of sintered stone, resist water stains, dirt, and high temperatures.
Coffee bronze aluminum alloy and nickel plated stainless steel, paired with anodizing and brushing processes, enhance corrosion resistance and present a delicate luster.
Dizajnerski izazov: The challenge was blending haipai culture with modern whole house customization. The project simplifies arches, moldings, and symmetrical compositions into curved ceilings, geometric interfaces, and rounded cabinets, enabling standardized, modular industrial production. Customized storage cabinets also help with space zoning, interface continuity, and cultural expression. These features, paired with select materials and circular circulation, balance cultural depth and technical rationality.
Istraživanje: As a mainstream choice for upgraded living, spacious flats often suffer from fragmented storage systems, disordered public spaces, and disjointed functional zones. Meanwhile, traditional haipai style frequently prioritizes decoration over functionality, failing to meet the demand of modern families for flexibility and practicality. Born from this context, this project creates a sustainable living system that both embodies urban cultural memory and supports the evolving dynamics of daily life.
Inspiracija: Inspired by the rich urban cultural context of the historic Wutong District in Shanghai, the project embraces haipai aesthetics shaped by old western style villas, Shikumen houses, and Art Deco buildings. Rather than merely replicating traditional symbols, it reinterprets related elements like arched structures, symmetrical compositions, geometric moldings, patterned tile flooring, and dark wood furniture in a modern manner, faithfully reproducing the refinement of haipai elegant living.
Trajanje projekta: The project started in Guangzhou in January 2025. The system was launched in China in January 2026.
Tok rada: The entryway with the shoe changing bench, coat hanging section, and hidden storage system enables quick organization upon arrival. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are combined, seamlessly connecting cooking, meal preparation, dining, and social activities. The master bedroom boasts a walk in closet for efficient circulation of dressing, grooming, and resting. Customized cabinets with handleless designs or hidden push to open mechanisms ensure aesthetic minimalism and easy operation.
