Kuća LW27 je privatna rezidencija izgrađena na relativno maloj parceli u stambenom naselju. Bijeli volumen kontrastira s grubim elementima od prirodnog kamena. Bijelo malterisani zidovi, hrastovi podovi i prirodni kamen za podove, kupatila, dimnjake i zidove oblikuju enterijer. U prizemlju se otvoreni prostor slobodno proteže od istoka prema zapadu duž bazena. Klizni prozori od poda do plafona povezuju unutrašnjost i vanjski prostor tokom cijele godine. Na spratu se nalaze spavaće sobe s pripadajućim kupatilima. Ozelenjena krovna terasa vraća prirodi zapečaćenu površinu tla.

- In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop. - Project Duration
- The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
- Operation Flow
- The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents. - Image Credits
