Interweaving Workplace iyanaritu interior kantoro ri Hong Kong Science Park. Ruangeng iya 7,000 square foot iyaro majjama untu' séuwaé perusahaang riset na pengembangang iya aktif ri bidang kacerdasang buatang (artificial intelligence) sibawa 5G. Duwa jalang utama ripasang sicoccorenna angka, na cahaya alang mancaji sompo lettu ri area penerimaan tamu, kégi tamu ripaddeppungeng sibawa pamandangang tasi'. Kantoroé ripaénré' mancaji zona-zona iya massisala nappa tette mallolongeng. Ruangeng bersamaé ripalari macawé ri seddé pintu masu' untu' galung ripalari. Tatta letak iyae mattujue untu' mébbu suasana majjama iya mattimbang sibawa ramé mappésona.

Unique Properties: Situated at the Hong Kong Science Park, UMEC is a research and development company in AI & 5G industry with 7,000 sqft working space. Our design approach emphasized in creativity and innovation to create an open and connect space. Two main paths were introduced at an angle for natural light filtering into the reception and visitors would be greeted by sea views. The office is divided into different zones while maintain connection and common spaces are placed near the entrance for easy access.

Inspiration: We gained inspiration from the business nature of the company, a start-up company of AI and 5G industry which is young and energetic. Through our design, a layout with two angled paths, we sought to project a home-office and friendly working environment, rather than a futuristic high-tech image. For the visitors, we have created an easy-access and open environment with ample sunlight and connectivity, at the time maintained a sense of privacy for the staffs.
