Insights from NALAM highlighted outdated methods, pushing us to create a platform enhancing donor engagement with real-time updates. Developing a persona based on young professional donors guided our design, addressing their desires for impactful giving. "Light Up" revitalizes the donation experience, fostering stronger NPO-donor connections and promoting meaningful philanthropy.

We noted a gap caused by unclear impacts and transparency in donations, despite a strong willingness to help meaningful causes. Our goal was to craft a transparent, trustworthy platform that enhances donor involvement and satisfaction, showing the real impact of donations to encourage ongoing support.
