- Spanning 425 sqm over four levels, the residence uses energy efficient insulation, triple glazed windows, and smart systems like knx automation to control climate and energy usage. The rooftop pool features an eco friendly heat pump, ensuring sustainability and luxury.

- Project Duration
- Τhis sustainable and smart project will be completed in May 2025. It is set to become one of Greece’s first Leed Gold-certified residence. It promotes urban cooling, biodiversity, and enhanced green space, combining cutting-edge design with environmental stewardship.

- The V House embraces smart, energy efficient living. Automated systems adjust temperature, lighting, and energy use to optimize comfort and reduce consumption.
