Sobre MGY Base Edifici d'Oficines

MGY Base és un edifici d'oficines per a una marca de roba a Tòquio, Japó. El disseny segueix la idea d'una base secreta on la gent vol reunir-se. La planta principal té 6 metres d'alçada, i una gran façana de vidre dóna la impressió d'un espai semi-exterior. La malla metàl·lica a la golfa, la il·luminació d'estil industrial i els accessoris fets de ferro i bastida reforcen aquesta mateixa temàtica. L'edifici té una estructura de formigó armat i una superfície total de 124 metres quadrats. L'interior obert té com a objectiu fomentar la comunicació i un treball còmode.

Propietats Úniques: An office like a secret base where people would want to gather.
The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

Inspiració: We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.

We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality.

Flux d'Operació: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
