Sobre The Rose Fountain Anell de Diamants

La Font de Roses és un anell de diamants inspirat en la forma d'una font de roses giratòria. El disseny utilitza una tècnica d'engast rotatori que col·loca les pedres al llarg d'una línia corba que s'eleva com una columna d'aigua, de manera que l'anell es pot contemplar des de tots els angles. La disposició corba augmenta el retorn de llum de les pedres i fa que el diamant central sembli més gran que en un engast convencional. L'anell està fet d'or blanc de 18 quirats i engastat amb diamants, i un robí es col·loca a un costat del braç de l'anell. L'anell mesura 30 per 15 per 35 mil·límetres.

Tecnologia de Producció: 1.Rotary Mosaic technology: the innovative application of rotational radian in jewelry design brings the beauty of jewelry arc line, making it smooth and full of tension. And the
rotary Mosaic technology realizes the graceful beauty and high light-penetrating rate of the fountain water column rotating upward, increasing the diamond’s sparkle and achieving the visual expansion effect. In this way, the diamond looks bigger than inlaid in the conventional way, thus excellently meets the demands and desires of female consumers.
2. Material: The work is set with diamonds in 18-karat white gold and a ruby on one side of the ring arm.
Repte de Disseny: There are three difficulties in the process of designing this work. The first one is how to achieve the delicate beauty of the fountain water column rotating upwards; The second one is how to guarantee the high refractive index of diamond; The third is how to firmly inlay the diamond.
Designers consulted the books of architecture, optics and mechanics for answers. After figuring out the thickness and angle of each stress line, they invented the "rotary insert" process after a month of testing, to achieve a beautiful arc line, and increase the sparkle of the diamond. And the rotation is connected with each other to reinforce the overall firmness, effectively alleviating the damage of external pressure on the structure.

Durada del Projecte: The conception and conceptual design of the work began 2016.10 in Shanghai, China. The work was completed 2017.2 in Shanghai and launched in January, 2018 in China.
